Members,
I am presently in the process of an Internet Advisory Board Meeting in regards to two proposals that I submitted for their consideration. They are listed below:

(1) To discontinue the "Waiting List" program, unless we reach a maximum membership any time during the year. If we reach a maximum membership, in any given year, the "Waiting List" program would be reinstated for that year. Last year we increased the club's maximum membership to 185. At the present time we have 44 slots open for new members. Quiet frankly, if a prospective member wants to fly at our field during the summer and there are slots open then he/she should support our club by joining. This would also save the club up to three separate mailings to these individuals during the next renewal process. If you vote "YES" it will change, if you vote "NO" it will remain as presently stated.

(2) To have a Club "End of the Year" party sometime in November - December or a "Return to Flying" party in March.  I would arrange the clubs membership renewal process to coincide with whichever party we have so members could pay their  next year dues at this party. This would save Jim a lot of time and the club the expenses of these mailings. The club would provide pizza and soda. It would also be a chance to sell our club apparel and have a 50/50 raffle to help defray the cost of this party. This is NOT a club meeting but a get together, much like our Club Picnic, which works very well for us. If you vote "YES" there will be a party, if you vote "NO" there will not be a party.

 AGENDA

1) Windingbrook R/C Financial Report for the fiscal year 2006. Mo Balboni, our Treasurer, prepared and gave a detailed report to all present. The Report was accepted by the Advisory Board. There is a summary in the Winter Club Newsletter, which will be mailed out to all 2007 Club Members.

2) Meadows ( Noise / Traffic Issues) A report was given by me. A brief summary of this report is also contained in the Club Newsletter.

3)Proposed IMAA Fun Fly at our field â?¦ (Passed) Check our Winter Club newsletter for more information on this upcoming event.

4) Club Logo Hats. Mike Lapierre, will be in charge of ordering our new Club logo hats. I am ordering 12 hats as an initial trial run. They will contain our "Eagle" Club logo embroidered on a baseball style hat. A picture of the eagle can be found in our Club web site. I have also ordered a shirt with our club logo to show to members. If things go well, you will be able to place an order through Mike or myself for any club logo apparel. 2007 WRCFC Dues Structure:

Individual Adult Membership: $40.00___ Individual is over 21 years of age*. Includes his/her children under 21 years of age*. 
Family Membership: $75.00___Two (2) adults and their children under 21 years of age*.
Junior Membership: $20.00___Individual who is under 21 years of age*. 
Senior Membership: $35.00___Individual who is 72 years of age*, or older and has been in the club for a minimum of five (5) years.
Initiation Fee (New Members)  $35.00
Late Fee( Members)  $30.00
Early Fee (New Members)  $30.00
