Club Picnic
Saturday August 28, 2010 with Sunday August 29, 2010 as the rain date.
Members,
Just a quick reminder that our tenth annual club picnic is Saturday August 28, 2010, rain date Sunday August 29, 2010. If there is any question about the weather you can check with me at 203.687.8979. There will be great food, an expanded raffle, a 50 / 50 drawing, a free membership to some lucky member and great flying weather for all to enjoy. Please bring ice and a cooler with you to help us keep the perishables cold. I also ask that you bring a favorite dish with you to share with our members. Setup is at 8:30 AM and clean up is at 4:00 PM. Please plan to join us to share in the work.
There will also be an Advisory Board meeting at 10:00 AM All current members and new members for 2011 - 2012 are asked to attend.
If you expect reimbursement for any item you bring it must be pre approved by me.
